Food Demonstrations
We have a gem right here in our backyard—one of the country’s destination locations for all things food and cooking. And you can experience it throughout the weekend as you learn about how great chefs combine great ingredients into menu masterpieces.

Cooking Classes
A great thing to take home from the festival is a gift to yourself—cooking classes. The New York Wine & Culinary Center can teach you how to turn the ingredients that grow so abundantly in our region into amazing dishes.
